Who we are

The Global Compact Network Tanzania (GCNT) is the local chapter and business-led network of the UN Global Compact in Tanzania.

It brings together leading companies, civil society organizations, SMEs and universities to advance responsible business and the private sector's contribution to sustainable development.

It provides a platform for dialogue, learning, influence and action that is practical and leading edge, and is recognised as a trusted convener and adviser on responsible and sustainable business practices by sustainability practitioners.

Our Mission

To champion a coordinated effort in supporting businesses and non-businesses to align their strategies and operations with the Ten globally recognized UN Global Compact principles.
